Any suggestions? BTW: In Jan I purchased a new laptop with Win11. ods, and I’ve never used the freeze option. I then emailed him another copy of my file. I’ve visited his home and witnessed this oddity in person… so I deleted AOO on his system (win10), downloaded and installed a fresh copy. However, if he ‘clicks’ on a blank cell, the correct data is reflected at the top of the spreadsheet in the formula area. Recently, after he’s corrupted the file and receives my updated file, some rows do not show up on his monitor. I then send him a clean and corrected updated file and the process continues. He calls me with the latest scores and I update the file.

However, he is a bit technically challenged and sometimes enters data (scores) in an incorrect field and overrides my formulas and macros within the file. He generally updates the handicaps each week and sends me a copy via email for backup. We are both using the same version (4.1.13). I installed AOO on his system years ago and kept it updated. He uses it to update the handicaps of 20 golfers. For several years I have been using an AOO Calc spreadsheet I created for updating a unique golf handicap system for a friend.
